		<description><![CDATA[I absolutely love the concept behind this blog! I, for one, am not involved directly in a technology field, but my husband is (engineering counts, right?!). It made me sad to hear that there were only a handful of girls in his undergrad classes (mechanical engineering). Also, he did a graduate program in biomedical engineering at Hopkins and again, only a few girls were a part of it. Anyway, what you&#039;re doing is great! :)]]></description>
